Born and raised in Hannibal, MO, Josh has always had a passion for hoops. He was a 3 year varsity letter winner for Hannibal High School basketball including the 2000 state finalist team. From Hannibal High School, Josh went on to play for John Wood Community College and Hannibal-Lagrange University where he continued to hone his craft and evolve his game. Always known for his basketball IQ and ability to distribute, Josh became a prolific three point shooter, a testament to his work ethic and drive.

After his playing career, Josh coached 11 seasons at Hannibal-Lagrange as an assistant and joined Hannibal High School as an assistant coach in 2019. He currently resides in Hannibal with his two daughters and wife. Josh enjoys spending time with family and friends, basketball and you can see him throughout the year playing volleyball on the sand, hardwood and even the mud. Josh has a drive to elevate Hannibal hoops and instill the toughness that led to such a great playing career of his own

Recently named to the 20 under 40, Wayne McPike has always been a great ambassador of our community. Born and raised in Hannibal, MO, Wayne played alongside coach Pickett in high school and Hannibal Lagrange University. Boasting a sweet lefty stroke and flying down the sideline in transition, Wayne wreaked havoc on opposing defenses during his playing career. Simply put, Wayne made scoring look easy. 

As adept he was at scoring, Wayne may be even better with people. Wayne is known to put others first and at ease with his affable personality, wit and acumen. Over the last 14 years Wayne has had a vast array of jobs working with children and young adults within schools, homes and the community at large. He is currently employed by Mark Twain Behavioral Health as a community support specialist. He resides in Hannibal with his wife Lana.

Brad enjoys volunteering his time to help our vision of building a better basketball community in Hannibal. He spent over a decade as an educator, much of that time as a teacher and coach at Hannibal High School. 

Brad is passionate about teaching man-to-man defense principles to young basketball players. "The foundational defensive skills is being able to know where you are in position to the ball, your man, and the basket. I believe man-to-man defense is the best way to teach that concept to our youth."  

Vocationally, Brad is a financial advisor with Edward Jones. His wife, Sara, is a vocal music director in the Hannibal School District. Their two children attend Hannibal Public Schools and are involved in athletics and music. 

Born and raised in Hannibal, MO, Caleb has a passion for youth sports and desire to see our community grow and flourish. "I see both the perils and opportunities associated with youth sports and the mechanism of change that sports affords with an emphasis on relationships and creativity.” He works for Advance Physical Therapy as an acute care physical therapist. His wife Jana is the music teacher at Holy Family School and his 4 boys are active in a variety of activities inside and outside of school. Caleb and his family attend Believers Church in Hannibal.
