The Vertical: It's about a program. We want to define the standards, values, language and culture of the program and invite kids into that.
The Horizontal: It's about community. Our kids invested in the community and the community invested in our kids.
Internal: It's about the whole person. Developing these kids as athletes but helping to define and cultivate PIRATE intangibles.
Missional: It's about opportunity. We want more kids involved in the program while limiting cost and resources taken from families.

Mission Statement

To provide opportunities and foster growth in our community by providing affordable, high quality basketball instruction and learning opportunities for kids of all backgrounds, cultivating a passion for Hannibal basketball, building a culture where people are valued, growth is cultivated in an environment of joy, competition and trust by emphasizing character and excellence on and off the court, and establishing a competitive area club team.
